Washington has won the last four AFC West titles, but has not been a factor in the division.
The Ravens won the league’s top division last season, but were eliminated by the Kansas City Chiefs in the Wild Card round.
The Chiefs have won five of their last six regular-season games against Washington, and have lost three of those games.
Washington has the fewest wins in the NFL.
It has won seven of the 10 games in which the team has played at least 20 plays.
That includes two of the three losses in the Superdome.

The season started out well for the Redskins.
Quarterback Robert Griffin III led Washington to the playoffs, and was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week.
Griffin threw for 2,959 yards, 11 touchdowns and five interceptions.
He also rushed for 1,927 yards and 11 touchdowns.
The quarterback was the league MVP and ran for 2 of 3 touchdowns in the season opener against the Miami Dolphins.
Washington finished 12-3 in his first season with the team, and finished the season with an 8-4 record.
The loss at Miami hurt.
The Dolphins had won five straight at home.
The game was a must-win game for Washington.
They also had to win on the road against the New Orleans Hornets in the New Year’s Day game.
The Eagles won the first two games of the series, but the Redskins went into the game down a field goal unit, and the final score was a tie.
Griffin completed 12 of 25 passes for 204 yards, one touchdown and one interception in the Eagles’ 37-32 win.
Washington went on to win the NFC East for the second straight year.
The teams meet again on Jan. 31 in Atlanta.
